Returns

Orders may be cancelled without reason if Beechlawn Furniture Ltd are notified within 7 days of the customers receipt of the product via email and if ALL PRODUCTS ARE UNDAMAGED AND REPACKAGED CAREFULLY in their original packing - so be careful to open packaging carefully along seams. In this case Beechlawn Furniture Ltd. will make refunds within 30 days after the customer has returned the goods to us. You do not have to give a reason for your cancellation but a brief description will help us improve our services in the future If you cancel you must return the goods to us at your own expense.

All goods must be returned to Beechlawn Furniture Ltd at our registered address. All goods must be in their original packaging and in good condition. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and it results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
We can arrange the collection for you; however the charge for this service is typically around £75.00.
If on collection the goods found not to be in good condition with their original packaging, our driver will refuse to collect the goods and you will be charged the cost of the collection regardless.
Unless the goods were received damaged or faulty the customer may have to pay the cost of returning the goods.

For health and safety reasons, we are unfortunately unable to take back any mattresses where the packaging has been removed.

For your security and protection refunds are given by the same method which the payment was made by.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Complaints

Complaints can be made via email as mentioned in the contact us section below, and we will endeavour to respond to complaints within five working days, whereupon we will provide a likely time-scale to resolve the situation. All complaints will be dealt with as a matter of priority.

Settings, bedding, and other 'props' are for illustration only, and unless stated are not included in the price, or available from the Beechlawn Furniture Website.
