Delivery

Every item in our range has its own unique delivery time that is up-dated daily to reflect changes in the supply-chain. Many items of furniture are manufactured to order or made abroad and the delivery time reflects the time it takes us to deliver it to your home. Long delivery times are not unique to Beechlawn Furniture Ltd, they are the norm with virtually all UK and Irish furniture retailers. By making and delivering your furniture to order we are able to offer you the broadest choice of furniture possible, allowing you to choose the item that is just right for you and which will give you pleasure for many years to come.

How Long Before I Receive My Order?

Delivery times vary according to the product and the manufacturer. Approximate times are given next to each product description but these may vary depending on how busy the manufacturer is when you place your order. We will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible of any delays we are made aware of. Generally, when more than one item is ordered all items will be delivered at the same time.

Some more popular items are available ex-stock and delivery can often be within a week to 10 Days.

Most items are delivered to you in two to five weeks unless otherwise stated. If for any reason your goods are not available in three to five weeks we will immediately contact you. If you do not wish to wait we will refund you in full immediately with the same method you made payment.

Deliveries by Appointment

We or our carriers will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient delivery day. Larger items are delivered by two experienced furniture movers. Smaller items are delivered by carrier.

Delivery personnel have a difficult task nowadays with traffic congestion etc. so we do ask you to be considerate to them.

Our Delivery Team usually deliver any day from Monday to Saturday and will offer you, where possible, an AM or PM delivery.

Important Notice

Before You sign for your delivery
You MUST inspect your goods BEFORE you sign for them. Your delivery driver will wait but do have a pair of scissors to hand - open boxes carefully along sellotaped edges.

Mattresses are usually double plastic wrapped for protection and can usually be inspected without opening.

We take great care in packaging your goods and they should arrive in perfect and hygienic condition. - Delivery personnel are obliged to wait up to ten minutes for you to inspect your delivery.

In the unlikely event of any damaged goods, you must sign 'damaged' on your drivers delivery note and contact us immediately via email. Failure to do this will result Beechlawn Furniture Ltd not accepting any claim.

Free Delivery

The prices shown on our Website include home delivery anywhere in Ireland on orders over £300 for orders under £300 a surcharge of £35 will occur. If we cannot give free delivery we will contact you at the time of order. You are entitled to a full and IMMEDIATE refund if this is unacceptable

Large items are transported directly to your home in specially equipped furniture vans and are carried in by trained furniture delivery staff. Smaller items may be delivered by a parcel service.

With the free delivery you will be contacted prior to despatch to arrange a delivery date.
